Vikaidu Pro is a yearly subscription paid through PayPal. This is how refunds, cancellation and renewals work.
Refund within 7 days
You can request a refund within 7 days of any payment: the first payment or a yearly renewal. Request it on your account page.
How much you get back
The refund is the amount you paid minus the PayPal fee charged on that payment. PayPal does not return its fee to us, so we cannot return it either. The fee is read from the payment itself, so you never receive more than we received. The exact amount is shown before you confirm.
Example only: if you paid USD 24.00 and the PayPal fee was USD 1.36, the refund is USD 22.64.
Currency conversion fees that PayPal or your bank charged you are outside our control and are not refunded by us.
What a refund does
A refund ends Pro immediately and turns off auto-renewal. Words you saved stay available; you can view and review them, but you cannot save new words while your list holds 100 or more.
After 7 days
After 7 days from a payment there is no refund for it. You can still turn off auto-renewal at any time, on your account page or in PayPal, and you keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for.
Renewals
Each yearly renewal has its own 7-day window. To avoid a renewal charge, turn off auto-renewal before the renewal date.
Disputes and chargebacks
A chargeback or PayPal dispute ends Pro while it is open. Contact us first and we will try to resolve it directly.
