Frequently asked questions
Does it work on every YouTube video?
It works on videos that have English subtitles, including automatic ones. The translation comes from YouTube when it has one; when it does not, Pro translates for you.
What about Netflix?
Vikaidu uses the subtitles Netflix already provides for a title. If a title has none in your language, Pro translates from the English subtitles.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time on the account page or in PayPal. Pro keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.
Do I lose my saved words when Pro ends?
No. You can still view and review every word. You just can't save new words while your list is at 100 or more.
